HOTEL, RESTAURANT SWIMMING POOL RULES

Terms and Conditions


  • All rooms charges must be paid in advance at Dolphin House, at the time of check in.. 
  • All extras over and above the bill to be settled at resort the at time of check-out.

     By agreeing to make payments and/or accept confirmation note/voucher, guests implicitly agree all the following terms & conditions and are  aware of the clarifications and details provided as under:

  • List of conditions when guest can be denied entry or forcibly evicted.

        "Management reserves the right to refuse or grant admission". 
        
  1. Guest arrive without an Identification (Drivers License, Passport) for those destinations that require guests to identify at the time of check in. may be denied the use of the room that either was booked. 
  2. Hotels rooms are meant for a stay for visitors to the destination. However hotel rooms often get used by locals for Prostitution, "time out" by unmarried couples etc. Occupying hotel rooms by unmarried couples is illegal under Indian laws and therefore Dolphin House has a right to refuse entry or evict any guests on this ground.  
  3. No illegal activity can be carried out in a Hotel Room. If found, Hotels may report to the police or more likely evict a guest immediately. 
  4. To bring and smoke Hookah is not allowed. 
  5. Local friends / visitors of the guests are not allowed to stay overnight in a hotel room with the guest. This may result into an immediate eviction.
  6. Guests arriving at the hotel or found any time during the stay completely drunk or not in a stable state to carry himself / herself in a dignified way, may be denied entry or forcibly evicted. 
  7. Guests that for any reason create some sort of nuisance for other guests then at the request of other guests, hotel can evict a guest immediately.
  8. Any refusal to pay any charges at the hotel after using the service can result in eviction from the hotel & hotel may report to police.
  9. Any major damage to hotel property may result into compensation or report to police.
  10. Any scuffle with any staff member over any issue may result into an eviction.
  11. Any refusal to adhere to rules and regulations of the hotels especially related to check out times can result into forced eviction from the hotel.

In case of Power Failure

In case of power failure, AC, TV, Water geyser will not work but All the fans and lights will work on backup supply.
No money will be refunded nor any discounts will be given in case of power failure.

Restaurant Rules

Restaurant Timings
Breakfast : 08:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Lunch : 12:00 PM to 02:30 PM
Dinner : 09:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Please note following:
  1. It's not compulsory to eat in our restaurant but outside food is not allowed to be brought in our hotel.
  2. Mineral water, Cold drinks, Tea, Coffee, starters will be served in room but breakfast, lunch and dinner will not  be served in the room and will be served in the restaurant only.
  3. You are required to place order minimum one hour before. 
  4. Our restaurant is not open for whole day and Food will be served only within the restaurant timings only. 

Swimming Pool  Rules

Swimming Pool Timings : 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM 
Swimming allowed only 1 hour person so that other guests in the hotel also get access to pool.
Entry into swimming pool not allowed immediately after coming from beach because sand stuck to clothes get into pool.
No entry without proper swimming costumes. Entry with Tshirts, bermuda shorts, track suits not allowed.
Please take shower before entering pool.
No food and drinks allowed to carry near swimming pool.
​ Swimming pool is privilege and not your right . Management reserves the right to use of swimming pool to anyone at anytime.
